On my first week here at Touch, as the new Director of Customer Service, I feel that I could not start my journey properly without first asking you all for your trust and confidence. I’m excited, motivated and passionate to help keeping the excellence and quality of services that Touch already provides, but also help to improve and support the company’s growth.
On my previous year as an Airline, I’ve always seen Touch as a company that does things differently, that stands out by it’s personalized services and devotion to customers. It’s a mindset that has always been aligned with my own way of work. I’ve known the company for many years, worked together in the past as a customer and now it’s a privilege to be a part of this amazing family.
The task that lies ahead is not easy, far from it. But I’m sure that together, we’ll overcome every obstacle, solve every problem. What I really love about our industry, being an airline or a vendor, is that, at the end of the day, we’re all connected by the same goal, which is to make our passengers happy. So with that, I’m excited to join this side of the force, and seek for passenger happiness no matter what.
